Q: Do you have any financing options?
A: Yes, we do offer financing. Zimmerman’s has many financing plans available to you.  We offer plans EVERYDAY from 90 days up to 18 months!
   
Q: Can I use the Zimmerman’s Card on special orders?
   
A:  Yes, you can!
Q: Can I Return a Special Order? What if I don’t like my special order?
   
A: Special or Custom orders are products manufactured uniquely and expressly for a single customer. Due to the nature of this, special orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. All sales are final, however, we stand behind the products we sell. Our service department is ready to assist you.
   
Q: How long can I expect to wait for my special order?
A: Delivery time varies by the manufacturer, here is a list of average wait times. These are averages and sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances that can delay your order. For instance there can be fabric or trucking delays. If there are any delays we will notify you with the details as they are made available to us. Also, furniture manufacturers close for the first 10 days of July and the last 10 days of December. If your order falls into any of these time frames you can count on a delay. Following is a list of manufacturers and their average delivery times. If the manufacturer is not on this list see store for details.

*Some models that are ordered could be delayed because they are available on a container only which will delay the order an additional 8-10 weeks.

   
Q: How long do I have to cancel an order for a full refund?
A: Because Zimmerman’s Furniture wants you to be able to enjoy your new purchase ASAP we place orders 48 hours after the sale. Cancellations will be accepted within 48 hours of the sale for a full refund, after that refunds on special orders are not possible. As soon as Zimmerman’s orders your new furniture the ball is set in motion so that it arrives to your house ASAP. Since we work as efficiently as possible to get your furniture to your house in a timely manner, there is no time to spare to cancel orders.
