| Q: | What is 90 days same as cash? |
| A: | 90 days same as cash means that you have 3 months to pay off your balance without having to pay any interest or any fees. However if you choose not to pay off the balance within 90 days you can make easy monthly payments. The payments are only 3% of the unpaid balance. For instance on a $1000 balance your payment is only $30 a month. You will receive a monthly statement from Monogram. You must mail in your payments to them, we can not accept payments for the Z-card at the store. |
| Q: | Can I use the Zimmerman’s card on special orders? |
| A: | Absolutely you can use the Zimmerman’s card on all special orders. Zimmerman’s requires 50% down on all special orders. You can use the Z-card for 25% of your downpayment and you will get 90 days from the original date of purchase. Once the items are delivered you can use the Z-card for the remaining 50% and you get another 90 days from the delivery date. All we require from you is 25% down in the beginning. You can use cash, check, visa, mastercard or discover for that amount. However if you purchase from a company that takes less than 4 weeks to arrive you can put 100% on the Z-card. |
| Q: | Can I Return a Special Order? What if I don’t like my special order? |
| A: | Special or Custom orders are products manufactured uniquely and expressly for a single customer. Due to the nature of this, special orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. All sales are final, however, we stand behind the products we sell. Our service department is ready to assist you. |
| Q: | How long can I expect to wait for my special order? |
| A: | Delivery time varies by the manufacturer, here is a list of average wait times. These are averages and sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances that can delay your order. For instance there can be fabric or trucking delays. If there are any delays we will notify you with the details as they are made available to us. Also, furniture manufacturers close for the first 10 days of July and the last 10 days of December. If your order falls into any of these time frames you can count on a delay. Following is a list of manufacturers and their average delivery times. If the manufacturer is not on this list see store for details. For instance Decoro is not on the list because it is a container direct company from overseas and times vary greatly 2-4 weeks

| Q: | How long do I have to cancel an order for a full refund? |
| A: | Because Zimmerman’s Furniture wants you to be able to enjoy your new purchase ASAP we place orders 48 hours after the sale. Cancellations will be accepted within 48 hours of the sale for a full refund, after that refunds on special orders are not possible. As soon as Zimmerman’s orders your new furniture the ball is set in motion so that it arrives to your house ASAP. SInce we work as efficiently as possible to get your furniture to your house ASAP, there is no time to spare to cancel orders. |
